About OSAS

Supporting student growth and campus life

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) is the institution’s dedicated office for student welfare and development. It provides programs and services that support students in their academic, personal, social, and leadership journeys.

OSAS helps create a safe, inclusive, and empowering campus environment where students can participate, grow, and thrive.

Our Mandate

Promoting student welfare and success

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that promote the holistic development, welfare, and success of students. Guided by CHED standards, OSAS provides support in academics, health, guidance, leadership, discipline, and student engagement to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering campus environment.

Our Framework

Anchored on CHED standards

Anchored on the CHED framework for student affairs, the office ensures that learners are provided with comprehensive support systems addressing their academic, social, emotional, cultural, and moral development. It supervises the delivery of both student welfare services (such as guidance and counseling, health, and financial assistance), and student development services (including leadership training, student organization management, and socio-cultural involvement), as well as institutional student programs and services that enhance student participation, discipline, and community engagement.

In essence, the OSAS serves as the center of student support and empowerment in higher education institutions, ensuring that students experience a safe, inclusive, and developmentally nurturing learning environment that complements academic instruction and contributes to their overall formation as responsible, well-rounded citizens.
